The guesthouse consists of 4 well-designed, comfortable living rooms, they have a double bed, 2 single beds or a pull-out bed. Some rooms can be extended with an extra bed on request. 2-2 rooms are separated, the bathroom and the restrooms are shared. The house has an equipped kitchen (gas-cooker, refrigerator, freezer, sink, tea kettle, coffee machine, tableware, cutlery, glasses), pantry and dining area.

The house has an extensive, enclosed grassy plot full of trees, bushes and special plants and flowers, which provides an opportunity to carry out many activities outdoors. Guests have at their disposal various garden furniture, football, badminton and other games. There is a puppy on the site who can be tethered, so other pets can be brought in. Seasonal vegetables and fruits can be eaten from the garden. At the house self-catering is possible or home-style food service can be requested, which may contain frying bacon, cooking outdoors, grilling or collecting mushrooms with the hosts.
